Our Four Step Process

Compliance is often a long process to deliberately minimise disruptions to the business. We have broken our process down to make it easier to follow:

  • We will come into your business and audit your current systems according to the standard that you have requested compliance with. However, as we genuinely care about your security, we will also keep an eye out for vulnerabilities that aren't mentioned on the policy and will include them in the next step.

  • Once we have completed our interview and physical audit, we will produce a report with our remediation recommendations to get your business compliant. This will be proposed in stages to minimise disruption to operations, and an approximate timeline to compliance

  • Naturally a compliance project will take a lot of preparatory work to ensure that everyone is ready for implementation of our plan. IT projects are usually planned and started in offices, and then are simply plugged into (or installed on) the customer network so this will take the longest amount of time.

  • Once everything is in order, we will schedule a time to begin work. You may experience some downtime here, which is why we aim to complete these projects over a weekend - however everything is dependent on your what we are doing.
