User Awareness Training
Teach your staff what to do when something looks wrong.
Give your team short, scenario-based lessons on phishing, invoice fraud, safe AI use and reporting suspicious activity. Online or in person at your workplace. Track completion and use authorised phishing simulations to see where staff need more practice.
Scenario · The one that gets paid
Your regular supplier sends their monthly invoice. Same format, same contact, invoice number follows on from last month, amount is in the usual range. Near the bottom, a small note: "Please note our banking details have recently changed."

A real scenario and knowledge check from the course.
The courses.
Short lessons built around things that plausibly happen at work, with scenarios, knowledge checks and a quiz at the end. Written in plain Australian English.

About this course
Alongside the courses, staff practise in branching scenarios where they make the decision and see what happens next. How the scenario training works
What you can do, and what you can see.
Assign courses
Assign a course to a person, a team or everyone, with a due date and reminders. Use it for induction, an annual refresher or after a near miss.
See completion
See who has finished, who is overdue and how people went on the knowledge check, and export a completion summary when someone asks.
Certificates
Each person who completes a course and passes its quiz receives a certificate with a number anyone can check.
Authorised phishing simulations
Safe practice emails from approved templates. A named person must confirm they are authorised to test these staff before anything is sent, and an approval step can be required.
How simulations are kept safe and fair
- Sent only to staff on your own verified domains, from a sending domain you control
- No password or payment detail is ever collected; a form submission is recorded, never what was typed
- Anyone who clicks sees a short explanation and can be assigned follow-up training
- Individual results are visible only to administrators whose role permits it
What a certificate means
A certificate is a record that a named person completed a course and passed its quiz on a given date. It is evidence of training completion, which is what insurers and client questionnaires usually ask for. It is not a professional qualification.

Online or in person. Choose by what else you need, who runs it and how your staff learn best.
Training on its own
For organisations that only want staff trained. Priced per person per month, with or without phishing simulations. You assign the courses and follow completion.
See training-only pricingIncluded in a platform plan
Compliance Platform business plans include the courses and authorised simulations, so training records sit beside your controls, actions and evidence.
See platform plansRun by Cyber Guys
We assign the courses, plan and run the authorised simulations on an agreed calendar, follow up completion and report the results to you.
Managed awareness programIn person, at your workplace
A Cyber Guys trainer runs sessions for your staff on site, built around the situations your team actually meets. Quoted on the number of sessions, attendees and location.
Book in-person training
Start with one course for your team.
Tell us how many staff you want to train and whether you want authorised phishing simulations or in-person sessions. We will point you to the right option.
